Staff were PARTICULARLY HELPFUL and we loved our time there. Cheap and different food. There also was easy free parking and heated pool.

Lots of supplies in the room: a heating system and a writing table. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Porta Nuova district. Continental breakfast. The staff were helpful; it was GOOD value.
